- As necessary to provide the Services, We share pertinent Personal Information with select affiliates and partners for customer support, account management, and similar purposes. We do not sell, trade, share, or rent Personal Information provided by You to Us to third parties who provide no affiliated services or support.
- We may disclose information about You to third parties if We have a good-faith belief that We are required to do so by law or legal process, to respond to legal claims, or to protect Our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others. We may disclose information about You to a successor organisation in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other sale or disposition of Our assets (or in connection with related diligence). The successor organisation's use and disclosure of Your information will continue to be subject to this Privacy Policy unless a court orders otherwise, or the successor gives You notice — with an opportunity to opt out — that Your information will be subject to its own policy.
- To the extent We use Your personal information to market to You, We will provide You the ability to opt out. We will ask for Your permission to access Your camera, photo gallery, location and device information: (i) to send commercial communication regarding Your orders or other products and services; and (ii) to enhance Your experience on the Site and provide access to products/services offered by sellers, affiliates, partners or lending partners.
